OUR POOL IS AVAILABLE FOR FOR MEMBER LAP SWIM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 

 

The Hamilton Health and Fitness Indoor Lap Pool is 49’x12′. Our indoor pool is heated to a comfortable temperature year-round (84-86). 

 

Swimming keeps your heart rate up, takes some of the impact stress off your body, and is refreshing for body and mind. The HHF pool is perfect for swimming laps, family time, getting in shape, or just relaxing after a long day at the office.

Pool use is reserved for members only and is not included in our day, week, month, or quarterly passes.
